Upload bank statements
Running costs and payments, sorted and matched to your slips.
- Download your business account statement as a PDF from your bank's app or website, once a month.
- Open Bank, tap Bank statements and upload it there.
- Every line is read and sorted: rent, wages, utilities, card fees and so on, and shows on the same page.
- Payments for slips you uploaded are linked to them, so nothing is counted twice.
- Anything not sorted shows under Bank › Not sorted. Choose a category once, and every line like it, now and later, follows.
- Overlapping statements are fine: each bank line is kept once.
