Trial, prices and paying
How the free trial, the price and monthly payments work.
The free trial
Your first store gets 7 days free, with no card needed. There's one trial per business, so a store connected to a Yoco account that has already had a trial starts without one. The trial copies your last 30 days of sales from your till; the rest of your history comes in once you subscribe.
The price
US$10 a month, everything included. There's one price, however busy you are.
Reading and thinking
Reading slips and statements, writing recipes, advice and Grug's answers take work on our side, so each plan includes an allowance of it: the trial has its own, and a subscription gets a fresh one every month. Billing shows how much is left. If it runs out, new slips, recipes and questions wait until the next month, or you can top up there with a one-off payment. Top-ups never expire. Your numbers, sales sync and everything already done keep working either way.
Paying
- Open Billing and subscribe. You're sent to the secure payment page of Creem, our reseller. HeyGrug never sees your card.
- After that, your card is charged each month. If you subscribe during the trial, the first paid month starts when the trial ends.
- To change cards, use Use a different card on the Billing page.
If a payment fails
Everything keeps working for 3 more days. After that syncing and slip reading pause until you pay. Your data is kept.
Cancelling
Cancel on the Billing page at any time. You won't be charged again, and the store keeps working until the paid month ends.
